1. Q: How I can track my order? 
A: You’ll be supplied with tracking number within 1 working day. Please note that sometimes this could take few days. If you do not receive such tracking ID withing 5 days, please write us on sales@aipapii.com and we will help you.

2. Q: How my order will be packed?
A: All products are delivered in an unmarked discreet packaging that only contains your name, address, telephone number and tracking number on the label.

3. Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: For canceling your order please contact us on sales@aipapii.com and we will assist you. Please note you cannot cancel orders that are already shipped. For cancellation you will be charged per PayPal’s fees.

Shipping

  • For now we ship to: Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US).
  • Ships next day, but it could take up to 3 days.
  • Free Standard Shipping on All Orders.
  • Delivery time depends on the demands and supplier, please refer to the products description for more details. Usually orders are expected to arrive within 10 days, sometimes this could take up to 25 days.
  • Expedited Shipping – please write us an email we can get this sorted out quickly.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are possible if product received does not match the order.
  • All items purchased online from Aipapii cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 60 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for returns shipping fees and obtaining a tracking number. Lost return shipments will not be refunded or credited. Duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
